MTrec’s new career opportunity Our client are specialists in their market sector, they are looking to recruit a well-rounded Administrator who has some form of Purchasing administration experience. This is a fixed term role which will last until December 2025. The Job you’ll do As an Administrator, you will undertake shared administrative duties to support operational and sales departments within the business. Process purchase orders and related purchase order documentation. Liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries. Accurately maintain supplier records. Raise purchase orders and receipt of finished goods back from sub-contractors. Prepare and distribute job documentation packs in line with specified requirements. Electronic data capture. Produce and distribute regular reports and departmental key performance indicator’s data (KPI’s). Efficient distribution of sales invoices and order confirmations. Responsible for being the first point of contact to take and direct calls communicating with external and internal customers, dealing with queries efficiently. Accurately collate customer documentation in line with specified requirements. Maintain accurate database records. Complete general administrative duties including scanning, filing and maintaining and updating business systems documentation. Assist with requirements of other members of the operational and sales departments when required. About You To apply, we ask that you have experience working within a similar role with experience of high-volume administrative duties including purchase order process, with knowledge and understanding of accurately maintaining and updating business systems. You should have the ability to manage your own workload in line with operation and production requirements, meeting deadlines and demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business. You will be flexible and adaptable, able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative with strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving abilities. This position will be on a fixed term contract basis to the end of December 2025 and working day shift hours of 38.75 per week.
