The Enterprise Process and Change Lead – Product Compliance will be accountable for partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to Develop, Deliver and Sustain a set of Business Processes and ‘Operating Technologies’ associated with SAP Product Compliance module and specifically the elements by Global Operations SHE group associated with Dangerous Goods and Safety Product Data Sheets.
With a focus on the exploitation of SAP (S/4 HANA) Technology to realise the defined processes. The role will then develop into implementing these processes across our global functions and hub sites driving the various aspects of deployment including user acceptance testing, training, cut-over and hypercare on behalf of the users in Global SHE.
The Role is aligned to the ‘Production To Dispatch Door’ Enterprise Process; the defined SHE Management processes will drive improvements in efficiency, effectiveness and compliance adherence, supporting the End-to-End Supply Chain.
The Role Holder will contribute to setting the strategic direction for the SHE Management processes with the Enterprise Process Owner (EPO), partner with the BAU Business Process Owner, and senior leads to drive the processes towards that strategic direction. Ensuring that the defined processes enable the future needs of the Business.
Your New Role
1. Lead Axial Programme activities for the Product Compliance Management Business Processes specifically associated with Dangerous Goods and Safety Product Data Sheets.
2. Partner with a team of Experts to define enterprise wide standardised and repeatable processes adopting standard use of SAP S/4 HANA within the “Product Compliance” area, minimising the need for Local Technical and/or Process Customisation.
3. Ensure Future State Processes enable AstraZeneca to meet all applicable Regulatory Standards.
4. Champion new strategies to improve Business Processes and ensure Business Continuity, meeting current and future Business requirements.
5. Collaborate with the Programme and Business IT Teams to define the IT requirements for the Processes and Reporting.
6. Collaborate with the Programme and Business Data Teams to define the Data requirements for the Processes, Analytics and Reporting.
7. Create and sustain key artefacts required to develop a successful transition to the next generation SAP ERP including the End-to-End Process Maps, Roles Descriptors, Enterprise wide SOPs and Process Controls.
8. Network with colleagues across the Business to identify improvement opportunities, with a focus on driving forward the Lean journey.
9. Ensure that Non-SAP System requirements are understood and considered in the Process, IT and Data Designs.
Essential Skills
1. Extensive experience of SAP Product Compliance Management processes within the SHE environment, especially those associated with Dangerous Goods and/or Safety Product Data Sheets.
2. Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver Change across Multiple Locations and/or Business Functions.
3. Understanding of Master Data requirements.
4. Demonstrated ability to influence key Stakeholder Groups across Multiple Locations and/or External Parties.
5. Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills with an ability to Influence others to achieve Objectives.
6. Ability to interpret and communicate Technical information into Business language.
7. Bachelor of Engineering/Science in an appropriate discipline.
