Project Manager: VCSE Observatory (Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprise)
£32,397 - £37,280per annum (pro rata)

About the Role

As Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the VCSE (Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprise) Data and Insights National Observatory. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, anticipates challenges, and finds solutions to keep projects moving forward.
This role requires 2-3 days in the office, with the remaining days working remotely.
What You’ll Do:
* Enable projects to happen coordinate activities, track progress, and remove roadblocks so teams can deliver effectively.
* Embed Agile ways of working we are transitioning to Agile principles, and we need you to help develop and shape this practice.
* Support stakeholder engagement work closely with researchers, policymakers, and VCSE organisations to keep everyone connected.
* Assist with data and research projects help manage information and ensure insights are captured and used effectively.
* Support funding applications help identify opportunities and contribute to writing bids.
* Organise events and meetings coordinate workshops and ensure effective collaboration.
* Improve processes and administration ensure the Observatory runs efficiently and effectively.
About You
You are proactive, solutions-focused, and great at keeping teams organised and on track. You enjoy supporting others to succeed and are excited about developing Agile ways of working. Experience in project management, Agile approaches, the VCSE sector, or securing funding would be a strong advantage.
