Our client is looking for a driven and experienced Temporary Cover Helpdesk Administrator to provide support to a busy FM client in the Crewe area. Paying £13.38 per hour, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
The role will cover all general administrative tasks to include:
- Daily operational support to team, linkage to finance, planning and customers
- Some accounts administration and purchasing coordination
- PPM and Maintenance scheduling
- clerical support duties
- all basic general admin duties to support a busy facilities office
Job description:
The candidate will need a multi-role approach to the position as the work will cover a spectrum of office and support services to a busy maintenance contract.
Scheduling out Daily/Monthly PPM’s and being responsible for any queries related to work orders from engineers’ day to day tasks.
To represent the client in applicable working groups for ensuring compliance with all relevant Health & Safety Legislation and site-specific Health, Safety and Welfare policies.
Maintain formal and informal communication with the Trust managers related to services activities/ working group.
Develop good working relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff at all levels.
Provide administrative support and advice for Hard FM staff (engineers) where required.
