The vacancy represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Revenue, Pricing or Commercial Analysis Manager to take a leading role in enhancing pricing and revenue strategy within a fast-paced data & customer centric business unit. This position involves overseeing an established product & service portfolio, driving revenue growth, and leading the transition from existing legacy pricing process to an algorithmic/dynamic pricing environment. The successful candidate requires strong expertise in revenue management & pricing, with experience driving change and transformation initiatives in a previous role - aimed at optimising pricing models and delivering commercial success. Key Responsibilities Ownership of data led pricing & revenue strategy across diverse portfolio of services (£100m revenue). Lead role in the delivery of new revenue management technologies, to support yield and profit optimisation. Deliver training programmes to upskill the team and support system migration. Shape medium term revenue management strategy, driving future pricing innovations. Lead a team of commercial analysts, providing guidance and development opportunities. Work closely with stakeholders (product, pricing, marketing, finance) and suppliers to enhance revenue optimisation processes. Develop and drive effective performance metrics to measure commercial impact. Key Skills & Experience Relevant & demonstrable experience in revenue management & pricing, ideally within supply chain, transportation, travel or other relevant dynamic pricing related industries. Experience leading teams through change, particularly RMS upgrades & system transitions. Experienced developing process improvement documentation to support transformation. Strong background in process documentation, training development, and system adoption. Excellent data, analytical & reporting skills, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management. Desirable: Experience with industry leading revenue management systems: JDA, IDeaS, EasyRMS, Duetto, Blue Yonder and integrating AI/ML into pricing solutions.
