Windsor and Eton Brewery, or "webrew" for short, was founded in 2009 by four friends, keen to put great beer back on the map of Windsor. This small and people-led business brews quality and flavoursome beer, stocking pubs and supermarkets nationwide. Alongside their brewery, they run a handful of pubs with the view of adding more gems to their portfolio in the coming years.

Job Overview
You will be responsible for organizing corporate or private events for companies or individuals. Assist and support the retail outlets with marketing and posting social media posts to advertise events organized by all departments. Ensure that financial targets as set by the Company are achieved through planned sales and marketing activity. Manage bookings and events to maximize sales occupancy, rate, and profit. Manage seasonal peaks and business trends to ensure the best yield in M&E is achieved. Additionally, oversee hotel bookings to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities
* To deal with incoming enquiries relating to Events, accurately recording details from initial booking stage through correct completion of enquiry forms.
* To ensure all sales enquiries are dealt with in a pro-active manner and converted to bookings to the agreed standard.
* Manage new sales leads.
* Undertake all administrative tasks as required.
* Maximize diary opportunity and ensure all denied business is accurately recorded.
* To ensure that all events have company terms and conditions and are contracted as per company.
* Propose ideas to the Retail Manager to grow sales, maximizing all opportunities, including product quality, range and offers, appropriate events, advertising and promotions, and attractive ambience.
* To post and plan social media for the retail department.
* To assist in show rounds/client events/trips and any other events during day/evening in line with representing company standards.
* To monitor, chase and finalize details for all events and bookings to include deposits, billing procedures and up selling opportunities.
* To be fully aware of the Company and departmental targets and objectives and know the current financial positioning.
* To maintain and develop the existing base of key accounts maximizing sales potential.
* Always deliver excellent customer service with effective management of any problems.
