Real Estate Broker (Relocating to Dubai)
Salary Range: Commission Only
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities
1. Property Sales/Lettings Consultants deal with the purchase, sale and let of residential property.
2. Collecting information about a property and arranging for the appropriate marketing material to be created.
3. Keeping up to date with the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.
4. Creating and attending property valuations.
5. Creating and attending property viewings.
6. Negotiation with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage.
7. Monitoring sales and lets as they proceed with the assistance of our Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.
8. Regular care calls to all clients following up after each viewing.
9. Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market.
10. Generating new business via the companies database and through networking.
11. Liaising with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, sales progressors and other real estate agencies during transactions.
Qualifications
1. Experience within sales is advantageous but not essential.
2. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
3. Presentable, professional and honest.
4. Positive and hard working attitude.
5. Fluency in a second language can be advantageous.
6. Smart business dress is required at all times.
7. Expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards.
8. Punctuality and contribution to the development of the company are essential.
9. An excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, and being a supportive team player.
10. UK/UAE driving license and own vehicle (we can arrange a hire car or company vehicle at your expense).
