Manpower is currently recruiting for Customer Service Agents in a busy call centre. This temporary role is short term until the new year with a potential to go permanent for the right person. Details: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 £12.02 per hour Hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 days at home (days change each week) No parking available however the location can be gained by train as it is based on the City Centre of Battersea, London. Your main responsibilities would include: Making up individual customer orders, ensuring all cash supplied meets the specified value, quality, and type (e.g., notes or coins) Ensuring all operating, security and safe working procedures are always followed Using various cash management systems to ensure accurate counting and allocation Working as part of a team to meet targets and deliver to customers Completing all necessary paperwork accurately to provide audit trails Identifying any differences or discrepancies in notes and coins received, and raising these issues with supervisors Previous work experience: Call centre Office Sales Please note a basic DBS & credit check will be performed prior to start date.
