Introduction Re-engaging and empowering young people through individualised education, skill development and meaningful pathways to employment or further study. The BUSY School is a not-for-profit special assistance school offering young people an alternative to mainstream education. Our focus is on re-engaging students (Years 11–12) who found traditional settings unsuitable, by providing individualised attention, a supportive environment, and real pathways to employment or further study. The BUSY School is part of The BUSY Group, a leading provider of skills, education and employment services since 1977. With ten campuses across Australia and New Zealand, we offer a supportive environment where students can re-engage with learning and prepare for a successful future. Smaller class sizes, individual learning plans and access to industry certifications mean students receive the tailored attention and opportunities they need to thrive while meeting the requirements of the Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE). Our no-cost model, wrap-around support services, and dedicated educators create a nurturing space where young people can develop confidence, achieve their goals, and unlock new possibilities. By addressing educational disadvantage and providing pathways to success, The BUSY School helps young people step into a career with purpose and pride. Every student matters, every step counts, and every goal achieved creates ripples of positive change. Together, we’re creating futures – through individual student outcomes that positively impact the individual, their families, communities, and society at large. Educate. Empower. Employ.
