Job Title: Home Property Claims Handler or Claims Processor
Location: Hybrid (50% Home, 50% Office) Maxim Business Park, (Full time office based during 5-week training)
Employment Type : Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £24,200 £27,300 (guaranteed increase to £25,400 - £28,500 effective 1st April 2025); depending on hours, skills and experience.

Your new role:
This is a phone driven role, so experience in a similar setting is essential. Youll be managing incoming calls, supporting customers through the claims journey, collecting essential details, and evaluating claims according to company polices and guidelines. Your focus will be on delivering great customer service and the best possible results customers.
Were looking for candidates with experience in a home/property claims environment (you do not have to have experience in full claims handling), who through training and continued support and coaching are looking to further their career in this sector.
Essential Skills
Experience in relation to home/property insurance whether this be from sales, claims, administration or something else!
Experience in handling high call volumes would be beneficial
A passion for learning and growing whether its diving into the world of home claims or building on your existing experience in this field
A can do attitude and strong passion for exceeding customer needs with a smile!
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a natural ability to listen and respond with empathy and understanding
A flexible mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, ready to embrace change with enthusiasm.
A solid grasp of IT skills, making it a breeze to navigate systems
Working Hours
35 hour working week, working 5 days per week, on shift patterns covering the hours of 9am 9pm Monday to Friday, and 8am -8pm on weekends. The current rotation includes one late shift every other week and one weekend shift every third weekend giving you work life balance!
