IT Service Manager – 3 months – up to £500 pday – hybrid Brighton) Our client is seeking an IT Service Manager to help with the improvement of their IT services. This will primarily focus on Continuous Improvements, Knowledge Management and Asset Management activities. A key responsibility will be to assist in maximising our usage of the ServiceNow ITSM toolset and coach a member of the team in ITAM.
