We are recruiting for a Support Coordinator to join our busy and vibrant Supported Internship team in London on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday). The role will work to support our teams across London and be based in one of our Supported Internship delivery sites in Islington (travel to other London sites will be required). As a Support Coordinator you will provide administrative support for our teams, working closely with the Programme Manager to ensure accurate monitoring and reporting of financial claims and payments. What your working day will look like? - Raising invoices, processing application and completing claims paperwork - Updating databases to maintain accurate records - Monitoring information on training compliance - Supporting local administrators - Liaising with a variety of stakeholders - Supporting teams to meet deadlines - Sharing information and providing reports The role will work alongside hardworking and committed teams who strive to get the best outcome for young people with a learning disability. Our programme aims to get young people into paid work and the Support Coordinator role will play an important part in ensuring the programme runs efficiently and effectively and can continue to get the best outcomes for people.
