Job Title: Wholesale Coordinator, Retail, Marketing and Press 12 month Mat cover Department: Customer Services Department Reporting to: Director of Customer Services and Aftersales. Role Purpose: To perform all administrative tasks relating to ress and MTO orders and to give excellent customer service. Nature and Scope of Position: The Reporting and integration coordinator is responsible for providing ongoing support to the CS & Aftersales Director in relation to reporting, forecasting and collection management as well as press order management. The key success factors in this role are excellent attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and to remain flexible when under pressure and with shifting priorities. The Customer Services function is the backbone of the Jimmy Choo Commercial and Operational departments. The Customer Services department is the central point of contact for all sales and delivery requests for our retail stores, wholesale customers, distribution partners and franchisees. The role will involve working closely with the Customer Service Specialists, the International Commercial Sales teams, our Sourcing and Production teams in Italy and Switzerland and other internal departments. The Retail order specialist should continuously endeavour to meet if not exceed customer expectations. The Reporting and integration coordinator is based at the Head Office in London and reports to the Director of Customer Services & Aftersales. Key Accountabilities: Be responsible for launching the Jimmy Choo order book to production across Retail, Press, Marketing and Wholesale, working with Production, Global Planning and Press teams to launch collections on time and in full Ensuring orders launched into production have been transmitted to SAP from OET complete and in full as per SOX compliance Manage the order upload for Press, Marketing into the OET (order entry tool) managing amendments, order confirmations and creating reports through the analysis tool Manage the regional press orders and provide fortnightly shipping reports to the regions and business. Full management of JOOR globally, coordinate all sales campaign in JOOR, ensure is all set up is on time, including people access. Provide JOOR ongoing training Full ownership of the Made to Order, Cinderella and Special orders from order entry to launching to Production and following the life cycle of production and communication to stakeholders and logistics of any delays for these time-sensitive orders. Responsible for Date Management in OET Collection timing communication and management OET (Order management Tool system) management of collection date mapping Participate in weekly production meetings and publish retiming reporting globally every week, including a summary to Senior management Collection management order amendments/ cancellations Experience Required Experience within a demanding and challenging administration department preferably on an international level and advantageous if within the luxury sector. An understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain Customer Service Experience – preferably from the seasonal fashion industry Ability to interface comfortably and effectively with employees at all levels within Jimmy Choo.
