They are now looking for a Registered Nurse to join their nursing team. In this role, you will work collaboratively to deliver exceptional nursing care, ensuring residents' personal care needs are met with dignity, respect, and support for their independence. The Registered Nurse will assist with both clinical care and day-to-day activities, contributing to a nurturing environment for all residents. What we're looking for Qualification : Current RGN (Registered General Nurse - Adult) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) certification. Relevant Experience : Experience in nursing homes or similar elderly care settings (desirable). Specialist Knowledge : Understanding of dementia care and its specific challenges. Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Decision-Making : Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in stressful situations.
