Job Description
Our client is a poplar Gastro Pub, serving some of the countys finest food, and they are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie for their busy venue. Their kitchen is led by a talented and creative Head Chef, and they currently hold accolades for their high end cuisine. They require a Chef de Partie who is passionate, dedicated and eager to learn, and as Chef de Partie you will be looking to move into a kitchen where you can learn all about flavours and textures, and modern cooking techniques.
The ideal Chef de Partie will:
The ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, drive and determination
Have previous Rosette experience
Have good hygiene awareness and knowledge
Be competent in all sections of the kitchen
These premises are easily accessible by Chelmsford, Ongar and Brentwood Areas. A Car driver is preferred due to location.
