This role will support ongoing ServiceNow initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and optimisation of ITSM processes. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow ITSM enhancements and implementations. Work closely with development teams to ensure system configuration aligns with business needs. Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements. Support testing, training, and adoption of ServiceNow solutions within the organisation. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry best practices. Key Requirements: Experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst in a banking or financial services environment. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management. Ability to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
