Job summary Delivering the Trust 3 year Strategy is a key requirement of the Programme Management Office team and an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. The Senior Project Manager will provide leadership and project management skills to support the planning, implementation and delivery of Trust strategic priorities. Projects will be wide ranging and will require personal influence and skill, working effectively with internal and external partners across all sectors within Cheshire and Merseyside. Main duties of the job To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record for delivering clinically-led and operationally focused change. You will be able to demonstrate our trust values and behaviours and will have highly developed knowledge of change management methodologies and how these can be effectively used in a clinical setting, based on a flexible approach. This will include the use of data from multiple sources to inform and substantiate service improvement.
