Key Responsibilities:
* To provide high-level support to clients via telephone and email regarding all aspects of administration.
* To process sales orders accurately and on time, ensuring seamless customer experience.
* To manage invoicing processes efficiently, adhering to set timeframes.
* To handle stock returns to third-party warehouses, maintaining effective communication.
* To address customer queries regarding order status, providing timely updates.
* To track customer orders until final delivery, ensuring satisfaction.
* To liaise with the warehouse team regarding delivery schedules and priority shipments.
* To report any dispatching anomalies accurately and on time, collaborating with the warehouse team.
* To build and maintain professional relationships with key contacts, both internal and external.
* To assist the operations and logistics team leader in ad-hoc projects as required.
* To manage workloads effectively, adhering to company SLAs.
* To provide backup support to colleagues within the sales admin team.
* To perform daily filing and general office housekeeping duties.
* To demonstrate alignment with company values, including passion, integrity, honesty, and respect.
Experience and Qualifications:
Requires a graduate-level education or equivalent administrative experience. Intermediate and advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, are essential. SAP experience is beneficial but training can be provided. English language proficiency is required, and European language skills are desirable. The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and electronically, is crucial.
