The successful applicant will work closely alongside our GPs and another ACP as part of our Duty team to provide on the day high quality clinical assessment, differentiation and formulation of management plans for patients presenting with minor and potentially serious acute conditions in general practice. Assessments will be carried out either by telephone triage and face to face appointments in the surgery or home visits. A non medical prescribing qualification and/or an interest in frailty would be beneficial for this post but is not essential. Support will be provided in house by our lead ACP and GPs. We are looking for up to 36 hours per week, to include Monday, Thursday and Friday. Hours to work are 08.30/09.00 - 18.00/18.30, with a lunch break of 30-60 minutes (unpaid, your choice of duration). Pay is dependent on experience.
