A leading entertainment/ gaming business are seeking a talented and experienced Senior CRM Planner to lead their customer relationship management strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM initiatives that drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized and impactful customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
· Analyse customer data to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities for targeted campaigns
· Design and execute personalized multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, app notifications, etc.)
· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align CRM efforts with business goals.
· Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance, using insights to optimize future initiatives
· Manage and mentor a team of CRM professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
· Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant data protection regulations
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate and elevate our CRM efforts
Qualifications
· Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM planning or a similar role, preferably within the entertainment industry
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies
· Proficiency in CRM software and tools (, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
· Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and developing teams
