Job Brief
Working from home, but based out of our office in Manchester, UK, you would be responsible for engaging with customers to determine their needs, identifying solutions, and presenting them with product and service offerings. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team, technical staff, and management to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or sales role
2. Knowledge of process operations and maintenance practices
3. Already with an established list of contacts within the reliability and maintenance field
4. Strong technical skills and familiarity with software products such as CMMS and RCM tools
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
6. Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
Responsibilities
1. Engage with potential customers to identify their needs and provide solutions.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
3. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and close deals.
4. Provide technical support to customers during the sales process.
5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
6. Collaborate with technical staff to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
7. Attend industry events and conferences to represent ProAIM Ltd and promote our products.
