Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging business lessons to students at KS4 and KS5, focusing on key topics such as business theory, entrepreneurship, marketing, and finance. Develop and implement a curriculum that meets national standards while encouraging critical thinking and practical application of business concepts. Assess student progress using a combination of formative and summative assessments, providing valuable feedback to aid development. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and independent learning. Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Business Department to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning. Keep parents and guardians informed about student progress and encourage a strong school-home connection. Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Business, Business Education, or a related field. A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent). Proven experience teaching business at KS4 and KS5 level.
