About Our Client
Our client is the leading supplier for energy across the North West region. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Preston team on a temp to perm basis!
Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:
* Be the first point of contact for customers regarding any queries they have with their account.
* Endeavour to resolve any issues the customer may have.
* Communicate feedback to senior personnel on the customer experience and issues.
* Perform adhoc duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role:
* Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations.
* Flexible from 6am - midnight for rotational shift patterns, i.e. 6 - 12pm, 9 - 5pm, 3pm - 12pm etc.
* Experience within customer service, ideally in telephony roles.
* Able to work in a team setting as well as independently.
* Strong IT skills.
Please note you will need to be able to pass DBS checks and a Drug & Alcohol test.
