Role Overview:
The Operations Officer at Aspirations Learning Institute will oversee the coordination and management of key operations related to apprenticeships, Early Careers Teachers and Initial Teacher Training alongside key staff within the Aspirations Learning Institute. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive and adaptable individual who is able to work as part of a dedicated team, but also manage their role with a high degree of independence.
We are looking for:
* Proven experience in operations / office administration or a similar administrative role.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
* High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data management, reports, and documentation.
* Proficient in the use of office software
* The skills to coordinate events, workshops and seminars in line with key staff requirements.
* Skills to manage recruitment processes and update all records related to apprenticeships and university partnerships.
* Proactive working, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A collaborative and flexible approach, able to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
