Role
We are currently recruiting for a Rental Admin Assistant to join our team based at our Enfield Rental Hub. Working with the Enfield Rental Team, carrying out administration to process & ensure damage recharges (for both end of hire & mid hire) are effectively processed and concluded within the required timescales for rental vehicles. Supporting the rental function to activate & terminate rental agreements, ensuring adhoc charges (ie fuel/delivery&collection/excess mileage) are recovered within the rental charges. Support the Rental Supervisor & Manager, where required, to ensure vehicle compliance/vehicle scheduling. General office administration to include, but not limited to filing, answering telephone to both internal & external callers, ensuring any enquires for rental hires are actioned to maximise utilisation of rental vehicles. Job Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities
16. Preparing & administration of rental agreements ready for invoicing.
17. Ensure new rental sales and bookings are communicated effectively to the depot rental operator
18. To maximise the opportunity to provide short term rental vehicles to all customers & prospects
19. Support major short term rental peak requirements & projects
20. Ensure operational procedures are adhered to, ensuring consistent & effective processes are maintained
21. Deal with telephone/email enquiries and bookings to meet the customer needs and to
22. deliver customer satisfaction
23. Provide an outstanding level of customer service and rental vehicle provision.
24. Ensure effective process in place to capture and invoice fuel, damage, & other supplementary charges
25. Administration of rental charges to ensure all rental charges & recharges are captured and invoiced back to customer in a timely manner
Person Specification (Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience)
26. Previous outstanding customer relationship & care skills within a customer services role is essential. Ideally this experience will have been liaising with multiple customers
27. Knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry, experience within Short Term Rental would be advantageous
28. The ability to work in a team as well as an individual
29. Good customer facing skills
30. A ‘Can Do’ & ‘Flexible’ approach
31. Able to prioritise & manage workload etc.
32. High level interpersonal & communication skills.
33. Proficient in all MS applications – Exel, Word
34. Current clean driving licence - preferred
