All About Care are seeking to recruit Senior Care Assistants to join our teams. The successful candidates will be required to; be responsible principally for residents personal care needs. To provide health supervision and attention through direct observations of care staff delivering personal care to meet individual needs and promote good practice. To care for residents who are temporarily sick or needing for example, minor dressings, bed nursing etc. under the guidance of community health teams. To help in the promotion of mental and physical activity of residents through talking activities and outings, sharing with them in activities such as reading, writing, hobbies and recreation. Oversee and monitor our 'digital care planning platform', eMar and other recording systems to ensure these follow the correct reporting procedures and meet current legislation. As as Senior Care Assistant you will be required to organise the care team, run the shift and manage any needs of staff and residents. Maintain a high level of communication with the management team. Our Senior teams are required to have a minimum Diploma or NVQ Level 3 and have experience of leading a team. Awareness of CQC requirements under the Single Assessment Framework.
