Job Title: Operations Coordinator\n\nDuration: Ongoing until end of 2025\n\nWorking Pattern: Full Time Monday to Friday shift patterns between 7am - 6pm\n\nHourly Rate: £13- £14 per hour\n\nAre you ready to take your career to the next level? If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love providing exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProfessional Communication: Promptly and professionally answer phone calls, creating a positive first impression for customers.\nLogistics Coordination: Organise collections, transit routes, and deliveries to meet customer requirements and deadlines.\nEvent Tracking: Maintain up-to-date event tracking for all bookings and in-transit consignments.\nCollaboration: Coordinate with Operations and Imports departments to ensure timely arrivals in accordance with SLAs.\nCustomer Updates: Provide timely updates to customers about any exceptions or issues.\nDocumentation Management: Request and record all Proof of Deliveries from relevant agents.\nDiscrepancy Reporting: Report all discrepancies to management for swift resolution.\nQuote Provision: Provide accurate and clear quotes to customers upon request.\nEmail Management: Monitor and respond to emails for the Service Centre promptly.\nSupplier Collaboration: Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure a high-quality customer experience.We are looking for someone who embodies the following qualities:\n\nLogistics Experience: Some experience in dispatching or vehicle allocation is a plus.\nRespectful Communicator: Treats people with respect in all interactions.\nCustomer-Focused: Responds promptly to the needs of customers and suppliers, ensuring all requests are met.\nTime Management: Ensures all jobs are collected and delivered within agreed timescales.\nProactive Problem Solver: Takes the initiative to suggest service delivery improvements to management.\nSkilled Listener: Understands and empathises with customers, recognising the context of their needs.\nSelf-Motivated: Works well with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative and dedication.
