We are interviewing on an ongoing basis for roles on our Gateway as part of Devon Domestic Abuse Alliance.
We offer full training and although experience working in Domestic Abuse is advantageous, this is not essential. We would love to hear from you if you have the following experience (not all):
* You have good listening skills.
* You have good time management skills.
* You are passionate about supporting people.
* You may have experience in a client/customer facing role such as customer services, receptionist, case worker for DWP or similar.
* You are good with IT and ideally have used a case management system, customer relationship management system or similar.
* You understand the importance of confidentiality.
