GWR Waste Management is looking for a Customer and Operations Administrator to join our growing team in Keynsham, Bristol. Your Role As a Customer and Operations Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our administrative operations and customer support. Your role will include: Administration: Assisting with credit control and debt collection processes. Processing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. Supporting onboarding processes for new clients. General accounts administration and data management. Handling customer accounts and ensuring all records are well-organized and up to date. Attention to Detail: Ensuring data accuracy across systems and processes. Communication: Acting as the first point of contact for queries, both over the phone and via email, with a professional and friendly manner. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and support. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will bring: A proven background in administration and customer service (experience in waste management is a bonus but not essential). Experience with credit control and operational processes. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy. A confident and professional telephone manner. Proficiency in handling customer accounts and administrative systems. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. What’s in It for You?
