The team is responsible for the creation of unique, global, data-driven real estate solutions that combine excellent technology, the best industry expertise and operational excellence to support transformational change within multinational organisations. We build long term win/win partnerships with organisations by blending expertise from across the business with best-practice and governance to provide tangible return on investment. We are looking for a Client Solutions Senior Director, who is a seasoned consultative/ enterprise sales & solutions professional and will bring their expertise, challenge the norm to secure high value, profitable business. Key Responsibilities The Client Solutions Senior Director will be accountable for leading and winning new business pursuits and strategic renewals, including; - Owning and nurturing the client relationship through each pursuit; - Leading the approach and response to all RFIs/RFPs and off market engagements; - Leading the end to end pursuit process - Leading and managing the entire pursuit team, across services, products and geographies, including: - Understanding and diagnosing the client business and real estate requirements - Creating and developing the win strategy: value proposition and strategic approach; - Creating ongoing opportunities for Client interaction. - Designing and developing the differentiated solution for the client's needs - Regularly revisiting our approach to ensure it aligns to the Client's strategic imperatives - Positively challenging the Client's approach throughout the process - Developing the commercial model; - Owning and leading every aspect of the solution and its presentation to the Client - Full responsibility for all commercial & legal negotiations; adherence to governance & compliance; - Working with the business delivery teams to identify account resources - Managing the handover to delivery - Delegating leadership of all smaller pursuits/new business opportunities to the designated Client Solutions Manager: - Overseeing the pursuit, providing support & coaching where necessary - Challenging the win strategy, the solution & the commercial model - In conjunction with the Vertical Sector lead, developing & continually evolving the Business Development Strategy for the Vertical Sector - Responsibility for coaching/mentoring of the Client Solutions Manager(s) allocated to the vertical sector - Collaborating with the wider vertical community, EMEA and globally to leverage & distil best-practice Fundamental Requirements: - Minimum 10 years in a relevant Client Solutions role. - Significant track record of winning sophisticated, high-value strategic solutions and negotiation of profitable complex contracts within global organisations - Excellent solution architecture skills. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment - Very hands on, able to write/create key components of the proposal, and convey solutions through writing and presenting compelling responses and value propositions. - A team player, embracing team collegiality. - Ability to navigate a global organisation, influence stakeholders, inspire confidence and affect outcomes.
