Brightwork are pleased to be recruiting for an Estates/Admin Assistant on behalf of our client based in Ballindalloch on an ongoing temporary basis. Your Time at Work Working with this client, duties will include but are not limited to: - Assisting the tourism business & working in the gift shop. - Handling communications in the Estate Office. - Filing and archiving for various departments within the estate. - Helping in the distillery when required including the bottling hall. - Marketing and paperwork assistance for the North East 250 touring route. - Any other duties as required. Our Perfect Worker The successful candidate will be computer literate with social media capabilities and will be organised and thorough with a can do attitude. Excellent communication skills alongside the ability to work well under pressure is also required. Key Information and Benefits This is a part time position working between 15-30 hours per week with the opportunity of a permanent contract to be offered to the right candidate.
