Supply Chain Support Administrator
Salary: £27,000 p.a

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am till 4.30pm (Monday to Thursday office based, Friday WFH)
Contract: 6 month FTC
Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans, a head office location of a niche global distributor has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Support Administrator to join a small Supply Chain Team. You will provide administration support to the whole team and report directly to the Global Supply Chain Manager:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering all incoming calls and responding to emails for the department
2. Data entry of incoming and outgoing stock, allocating stock for orders
3. Monitoring stock levels, investigating any discrepancies
4. Process all orders on SAP
5. Supporting Global Supply Chain Manager in compiling information and data for reports and projects
6. Ad hoc administration duties as required
We would expect the successful Supply Chain Support Administrator to demonstrate a good working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, be an excellent communicator, and have a positive, proactive mindset towards workloads. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within warehouse administration, goods in or goods out administration, despatch administration, or export administration positions.
