Your new role
As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to managers and staff on all aspects of HR and people management, ensuring HR policies and practices are up-to-date and compliant with current employment legislation and good practice, and supporting managers with employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and development.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Previous experience in an HR advisory role, ideally within a professional services environment
2. Hold a CIPD level 5 qualification
3. Sound knowledge of NI and GB employment law
4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and highly organised
