Working with the existing Forecasting, Planning and Workflow Managers you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless running of the day-todayallocation of work, ensuring the right work is allocated to the right people at the right time to meet the business requirements maximisingavailable resource. You will be responsible for providing required reports to Operational areas and Forecasting, Planning and Workflow Managers timely ensuringaccuracy. Providing progress reporting for operations in real time to aid proactive management and performing analysis to aid serviceimprovements helping the NHS Retirement Services to ensure the best service for our customers. Experience of working in a similar role within Forecasting and Planning is desirable but not essential, as well as experience with a ManagedService environment.
