Positions Available:
Pastry Chef: £30,000 per annum
Demi Chef de Partie: £29,000 per annum
Chef de Partie: £31,000 per annum

Pastry Chef Responsibilities:
- Lead the pastry section, ensuring the creation of innovative and beautifully presented desserts
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new menu items, focusing on quality and consistency
- Manage the daily preparation and production of all pastry items, ensuring high standards are maintained
- Oversee stock levels and order supplies as needed, minimizing waste
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff
Demi Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
- Support the Chef de Partie in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes
- Assist in the smooth running of your designated section, ensuring consistency and excellence
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within your section
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, contributing to the overall success of the kitchen
Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for your section, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu development and daily specials
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, maintaining a high level of performance
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
- Manage stock levels and assist in ordering, ensuring efficiency and minimizing waste
What We’re Looking For:
Pastry Chef: Proven experience in a similar role within a fine dining or Michelin-starred establishment, with a passion for pastry and creativity.
Demi Chef de Partie: A motivated and eager chef with some experience in a high-quality kitchen, ready to develop your skills and take on new challenges.
Chef de Partie: A confident and experienced chef with a strong background in fine dining, capable of managing a section and delivering exceptional dishes.
