An award-winning telecoms company that is rapidly expanding across the country is hiring for a Field Sales Representative.
My client is a leading telecoms company, specializing in high-speed internet connections to their customers. They're seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to cover the Birmingham region.
What will you be doing?
1. Meet or exceed sales targets and increase sales conversion rate.
2. Ensure a schedule of visits is completed on a daily basis.
3. Maximize the potential of every interaction with potential customers.
4. Act as a brand ambassador of the company, carrying out door-to-door sales.
What We Are Looking For:
1. Highly motivated, energetic salesperson who loves selling and is up for a challenge.
2. Ambitious and comfortable with targets.
3. Experience working in a sales role (preferably field-based).
4. Experience in explaining a service or product to customers to deliver a sale, tailoring your approach to match the prospect's needs.
5. Experience with complaint/feedback handling.
The role offers an excellent base salary of £28,000 + uncapped commission scheme. The expectation is that your OTE will quickly rise above £50,000.
