What do you need to be successful as a Technical Workshop Supervisor at Activate Learning?
The right candidate will have relevant subject area/extensive industry knowledge and be willing to share these to enhance students' skills.
Experience in using wood-specific industrial machinery and maintaining them, while being comfortable handling and maintaining a variety of tools, is essential. A positive attitude towards proactive Health & Safety is a must.
You will also oversee the Health and Safety of the workshops and machines, so experience in administration would be beneficial.
