What you’ll be doing
As a Regional Property Manager, you’ll lead the charge in delivering exceptional facilities services, ensuring that safety and compliance are always front and centre.
- Oversee the performance of the Dalkia FM team and service providers, maintaining top-tier standards across your portfolio.
- Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance, using your expertise to identify hazards, report incidents, and uphold our rigorous safety culture.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up to date with HS&E legislation, FM industry best practices, and contract compliance.
- Drive the efficient delivery of contracted services, ensuring they align with terms, conditions, and KPIs.This role isn’t just about oversight, it’s about proactively shaping the future of Facilities Management at EDF.Who you are
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in managing and assuring services such as cleaning, catering, security, and M&E, coupled with a solid understanding of operational teams, activities, and organisational structures.
Professionalism, tact, diplomacy and the ability to influence others beyond your direct control is key.
