We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a residential family assessment centre for a children's charity based in Tooting, London. As a key member of the management team, you will report directly to the Deputy Director and be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the centre.

Key Responsibilities
* Take overall responsibility for the assessment and support services provided at the centre.
* Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork and shared decision-making.
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of services delivered, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A degree in Social Work or a related field.
* Significant experience in a leadership or management position within a social care setting.
* An excellent understanding of child protection policies and procedures.
* A strong ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders, and service users.
