Senior Key Account Manager – The Role:
1. Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention, account development, and service excellence.
2. Maximise opportunities within the commercial framework while enhancing customer experience.
3. Collaborate on strategies to lead in customer experience and mentor account managers to improve service delivery.
4. Engage with customers to ensure supply chain efficiency and identify value-driven opportunities.
5. Provide insights to keep marketing strategies agile and relevant.
6. Monitor accounts for accuracy, compliance, and contract performance.
7. Deliver business reviews and KPI reports to manage data and track activities.
8. Identify and convert new business leads, ensuring pricing and ROA targets are met.
Senior Key Account Manager – Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor performance reports to ensure smooth operations for high-revenue accounts.
2. Maintain consistent contact reporting and implement improvement plans for key customers.
3. Build strong relationships through visits and CRM to secure contract renewals.
4. Manage agreements to maximise revenue and meet contractual obligations.
5. Propose cost-saving collaborations with environmental benefits.
6. Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic growth plans.
7. Develop KPIs to streamline operations and improve customer engagement.
8. Support Account Managers and resolve non-conformance issues to uphold standards.
Senior Key Account Manager – You:
1. 5+ years’ experience in logistics or FMCG, with strong supply chain knowledge and pooling expertise.
2. Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
3. Advanced skills in Excel, CRM systems, Microsoft Suite; ERP and Power BI knowledge desirable.
4. Fluent in English, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Strong organisational abilities, able to work autonomously and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Skilled in data analysis and problem-solving to deliver timely, appropriate solutions.
7. Commercially aware with an understanding of market trends and their impact on performance.
