Summary
In partnership with The National Lottery Heritage Fund and Natural England, we have just launched a new programme called Nature Towns and Cities. This role will see you working with peers and stakeholders across the partnership to help them bring nature to the UK‘s towns and cities for the people who need it most.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Project Officer to join the team on a 24-month fixed term contract.
You’ll play a pivotal role supporting the programme’s Communications & Marketing Lead to help deliver the comms and marketing ambition while keeping stakeholders engaged and ensure everything is running to schedule.
What it's like to work here
At the National Trust we’ve got passionate people in all our teams, and we’ve got so much more we want to achieve, as we launch our strategy for the next 10 years. We’re increasing our reach, influence and the benefit we can deliver to people by working in new ways with partners – and joining this programme, you’ll be a big part of that.
As this is a national role, there is flexibility on your contractual place of work. Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits and meetings at other National Trust places. We’ll talk about this in more detail at interview, but you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40–60% of your working week.
