Job Description
* Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
* Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
* Ensure that client's needs are met as the project evolves.
* Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
* Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
* Work closely with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Coordinator should have:
* Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
* Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
* Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
* Strong organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
