We're looking for dynamic individuals ready to hit the ground running within 2 months, offering a flexible 40-hour workweek (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm) with three in-office days at our Kent location, occasional trips to our London office, and one weekend shift every four weeks with two weekdays off in lieu. Comply with financial crime regulations and company policy Minimise customer and applicant friction through skilled and timely decisions Identify opportunities for product and process improvement How you'll impact these objectives You’ll support new application checks and existing customer monitoring You’ll complete transaction monitoring reviews and write reports about suspicious customer activity You’ll investigate potential Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and Sanctions matches, and assist with onboarding reviews What do you need to succeed in this role?
