We’re looking for a General Administrator to join Llanarth’s Administration department.
As a General Administrator you'll be expected to:
1. Provide a comprehensive administrative service for the Hospital, with a specific focus in supporting wards with their administrative needs.
2. Some of the responsibilities of a General Administrator include, but is not limited to the below
3. Minute taking of meetings as required
4. Ensure ward compliance with legal and policy requirements, such as maintaining confidentiality and GDPR regulations
5. To support in the co-ordination and facilitation of meetings both face to face and via remote IT systems as required
6. Support in the completion of ward based audits
7. As a General Administrator you will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. Working hours will be 09:00 > 17:00.
8. We are seeking a motivated, skilled individual with experience in an administrative role, desirably within a similar environment. The successful applicant will be proactive and organised, with good people skills.

Llanarth Court Hospital is a 95 bedded forensic hospital providing a secure environment consisting of medium, low and open rehabilitation settings for men and women with mental illness and or personality disorder.
