2. Creating a Comfortable Community Environment Outside the Game:
o Discord Channel Management: Support and moderate the official channel.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
* Experience with Gaming Communities: At least 2–3 years in a Community Manager or similar role, preferably in the mobile or online gaming industry.
* Portuguese Language Proficiency: Fluent in Portuguese at a C1 level or higher to ensure effective interaction with the Brazilian audience. English proficiency at a B2 level or higher is an advantage for collaborating with the international team.
* Community Moderation and Management Skills: Experience in moderating gaming communities both within the game and on external platforms (Discord, social networks), with the ability to maintain a positive atmosphere and promptly address conflicts.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically with players, resolve conflicts, explain rules, and regulate interactions between players.
* Copywriting and Text Handling Skills: Ability to articulate responses to user inquiries clearly and concisely, prepare announcements, news, and other community messages.
* Experience with Social Media and Communication Platforms: Knowledge of trends and features of popular social platforms (Discord, Facebook, Telegram, Instagram) with the ability to adapt communication for different channels.
* Player-Oriented Approach: Ability to gather and analyze player feedback, identify their needs and suggestions, and convey key insights to the development team.
* Planning and Organizational Skills : Skills in planning and conducting regular in-game and external events, organizing contests, tournaments, and activities to increase community loyalty.
* Proactivity and Stress Tolerance: Ability to respond promptly to criticism, handle negative feedback, and maintain a positive image of the game even in stressful situations.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze community mood and engagement, provide regular reports on player sentiment and trends, and adapt strategies based on collected data.
