* Handle routine cleaning, stock management, and maintenance issues.
Sous Chef,
* Step in for senior chefs as needed, ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
* Prepare food to company standards and manage kitchen sections.
* Support and train junior staff, manage costs, and uphold hygiene and safety standards.
* Assist with cleaning and other essential kitchen tasks.
CDP (Chef de Partie),
* Prepare high-quality dishes according to company standards.
* Manage a designated kitchen section and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Monitor costs, control waste, and maintain strict hygiene standards.
* Support routine cleaning and assist with various kitchen duties.
Previous experience as a chef is required.
* Own transport is beneficial for shift flexibility.
