This is a great opportunity for a motivated Transport Planner to join a well-established yet growing consultancy, where you will get exposure to a plethora of different projects all whilst having consistent training and clear progression up to director level.

This planning consultancy is currently experiencing a great period of growth, with a full workbook. As specialists in sustainability-focused projects across multiple disciplines, they have been recognised for their outstanding service through receiving multiple awards. This consultancy provides its expertise across a mixture of sectors to a diverse range of clientele, which is part of the reason for the period of growth. With them recently becoming an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), this provides a unique chance to assist the future growth of the business that rewards everyone for their service and contribution.
In this role, you will take on a number of responsibilities which may differ based on your level of experience. These responsibilities will include managing multiple projects from start to finish, where you will be constantly liaising with clients and in-house teams. You will also be responsible for completing transport assessments, statements, and site access appraisals, as well as writing reports for both colleagues and clients. This role contains a lot of variety and is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience from talented team members.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will have some previous experience within the transportation/highways sector, ideally working on development planning, and possess previous CAD experience to hit the ground running. A full UK driver's license will be useful for travel to different sites when needed.
