Procurement Administrator | Telford TF1 | Temp to Perm
£13.50 per hour | 32 hours a week | 9am - 3pm (flexible)
We are looking for an Administrator to join a dynamic business team on a temp to perm basis. This role is a vital link between multiple departments, providing key administrative support in areas such as resource scheduling, procurement, financial documentation, and project coordination. You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring business processes run smoothly!
What we're looking for:
Experience in business administration, purchasing, or procurement
Knowledge of ERP & CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Visual)
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
A problem-solver with great attention to detail
Ability to build strong relationships across teams and departments
The finer elements of the role include:
Provide administrative support across various business functions
Assist Sales and Project Managers with customer quotes and documentation
Maintain and update the ERP system for quote management and pipeline reporting
Support the Supply Chain Manager with procurement and purchasing tasks
Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to verify incoming materials
Coordinate and schedule project meetings, ensuring key actions are tracked
Oversee and manage timesheets, preparing reports for the Business Support Manager
Assist with fleet management, including scheduling vehicle repairs and issuing fuel cards
Arrange travel bookings, including flights and accommodation when required
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and company standards
Minute-taking for internal and external meetings
