The practice is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated GP to join our forward-thinking and friendly team situated in the lovely village of Abbots Langley. We are seeking a salaried GP to work 4 sessions per week, ideally on Mondays and Thursdays.

Main duties of the job
To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for delivering excellent clinical care to the practice population while complying with the GMS contract. The post holder will adhere to GMC standards, contribute to practice management, and foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
About us
The doctors are supported by excellent nursing and administrative teams. We are involved in our Primary Care Network, with a GP Partner as Clinical Director. The PCN includes roles such as Paramedic, Pharmacist, First Contact Physiotherapist, Mental Health Practitioner, and Social Prescriber.

* Taking delegated responsibility for QOF areas
* Attending practice meetings and contributing to practice development
* Ensuring compliance with appraisal and revalidation processes
* Engaging in self-learning and CPD
* Training medical students
* Supporting strategic aims, income enhancement, and expenditure reduction
* Reviewing practice protocols and policies
* Promoting collaborative working and continuous improvement
Additional tasks may include:
* Participating in audits as requested
* Engaging in local initiatives to improve service delivery
* Reviewing significant and near-miss events via root cause analysis
