As a Home Care Manager you will oversee daytodayoperations and drive business growth with the aim of becoming thepremier home care provider in the region. You will receive supportfrom the Operations Director HR & Recruitment Team andTraining Manager.
Schedule: MondayFriday with someoncall duties
Salaryrange: £38000£45000
Holiday allowance: 22 days plus bankholidays
Sick Pay: 2 dayspaid

Requirements
* Experience:Previous experience as a Registered Manager of a Domiciliary Carebusiness
* Qualifications: Level 5Diploma in Management and Leadership in Health & SocialCare (or equivalent)
* Skills:
o Indepth understanding of the social caresector
o Strong knowledge of regulatoryresponsibilities
o Excellent communicationskills (verbal written electronic)
o Provenmanagement abilities
o Experience in staffrecruitment
o Capability to work independentlyand as part of a team
o Strong organizationalskills and attention to detail
o Clear policecheck relevant to the country of residence
o Driver with own vehicle
